My dog has been going to Oakwood for years now. They always do a fantastic job and he is very happy when we pick him up, so I know he is well looked after.

I have used Oakwood Dog Groomers on County Road a few times and have always been highly satisfied. Unfortunately this time they were fully booked up so we used the Bergen Way shop.
I am so disapointed. My dog Buddy is traumatised. He is scalped to his skin in places. He came back shaking and won't stop biting us if we touch him in certain places.
This is not my dog anymore. When I picked him up I was told to keep an eye on his ears in case he got a hemoglobin? Never been told anything like that before and never ever has Buddy come home like this. Highly dissatisfied and now have one very temperamental dog.
